Please note that this trip is confirmed, and as such payments are non-refundable.  Please make sure to go over our Booking Terms & Conditions on the trip's page.

If you need to cancel at any point, we will try to give your spot to someone on the waiting list, and if successful we will refund your payments (minus an administration fee). However this can't be guaranteed!

In other words, please be certain that you can come on the trip!  And don't hesitate to email if you have any questions at all.
